No. 23 Carnaby Street is a terrace house dating from the early 18th century, although it has been refaced and repaired following damage from World War II. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a tiled roof. It is paired with No. 22 and stands three storeys high, with two windows across its front. The ground floor features a mid-20th century shop front, while the upper floors have recessed glazing bar sash windows set beneath flat gauged arches. The building has a parapet with coping. Inside, original features include panelling and box cornices in the front room on the first floor.
