Description

A pair of large semi-detached houses located on Hamilton Terrace, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of brick with stucco dressings, and have a roof that is not visible. They extend over three storeys, with an attic and basement, and each house is three windows wide. The ground floor is treated with channelling. Projecting porches with solid sides and pilasters are present. The entrances feature panelled doors. There is a cornice above the ground floor. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and are architraved above the ground floor, with pediments above the first floor. A console cornice is located above the second floor, and a subsidiary cornice defines the attic.
