Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Hamilton Terrace in London. The houses are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish to the ground floor which is channelled to create a textured effect. They have a Welsh slate roof. The buildings are three storeys high, with a basement, and feature four bays with projecting entrance bays on either side. The front doors are set within paired pilaster surrounds and each have an overlight above. Windows are sash windows, with margin lights to number 94 and casements to number 92. A balcony is situated in the centre of the first floor. The windows have glazing bars. A sill band marks the second floor, and there are further sash windows with glazing bars above. The building is finished with a cornice and blocking course, and later dormers have been added to the roof.
