Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Hamilton Terrace. The houses are built of yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a channelled stucco finish to the ground floor and a stucco cornice. They are three storeys high with a basement. The houses are four bays wide, with projecting single-bay entrances and recessed, bow-ended bays on each side. Steps lead to double doors with overlights, all within paired pilaster surrounds. There are twelve-pane sashes in architraves, with balconies above. Further sashes with glazing bars are set within flat, gauged brick arches.
