Description
A row of terraced houses located at 23 to 26 Devonshire Terrace, built in the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with stucco dressings and consist of three storeys, an attic, a mansard roof, and a basement. Each house has two windows on the front. The ground floor features channelling, and there are projecting Ionic porches. The first floor has a bombé balcony, and the windows are square-headed with architraves above the ground floor and cornices above the first floor. The windows are sash with glazing bars. A dentil cornice is present above the third floor, along with a subsidiary cornice to the attic. Some cast iron area railings are also included. This listing is included for its group value only.
