30 Abercorn Place is a terraced house dated 1877, designed in the Queen Anne revival style. It is constructed of red brick with a pitched tiled roof that extends to the eaves. The building has two storeys, an attic, and a basement, featuring three main bays. There are steps leading to an arched entrance located in the central bay, which is adorned with a decorative split pediment made of cut brick and displays the date above. To the left on the ground floor, there is a canted pilastered bay window, with a pediment above the central window. The upper left-hand window is tripartite and features a segmental pediment, while the right side has two closely spaced square-headed windows made of gauged brick. The windows are fitted with sashes and glazing bars, and there are later casement windows in the attic. The interior has not been inspected.
