There are pairs of bollards located at the junctions of Kingly Street, Carnaby Street, Marshall Street, Upper James Street, and Upper John Street. These bollards date from the early 19th century and are made of cast iron in the cannon style. Each bollard is inscribed with "St. James Westminster."
