TQ 3079 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER GAYFERE STREET, SW1 101/60 2.2.84 Nos, 17 to 21(consec.) G.V. II Terrace of "4th rate" artisans' houses. c.1800. Stock brick on stucco plinth, concealed roofs. 2 storeys. Each front 2 windows wide. Doorways to left, semicircular arched except for flat arch to No. 21, panelled doors, the fanlights patterned except for that of No. 18; inset bootscraper to No. 17. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches, with stuccoed reveals. Tall parapet with coping.
