Each villa is three storeys high with a basement, and three windows wide. There are steps leading to the central entrances, with projecting porches at both No. 15 and No. 17. No. 15 features rounded, two-storey canted bay windows on each side of the entrance, while No. 17 has a similar bay window only to the right. The windows are sash windows with square heads. No. 17 includes a cast iron bombé balcony and window guards. Cornices are present above the first-floor level, and the buildings feature parapets with pedimented projections.
