Description

Two adjoining villas of around 1840, located on Porchester Terrace in the City of Westminster. They are built of brick with stucco dressings and have slate mansard roofs. Each villa is three storeys high with a basement, and three windows wide. There are steps leading to the central entrances, with projecting porches at both No. 15 and No. 17. No. 15 features rounded, two-storey canted bay windows on each side of the entrance, while No. 17 has a similar bay window only to the right. The windows are sash windows with square heads. No. 17 includes a cast iron bombé balcony and window guards. Cornices are present above the first-floor level, and the buildings feature parapets with pedimented projections.
