Description
This is a mid to late 18th-century terrace house on Chesterfield Street. It is constructed of brown brick with a slate roof and extends over five storeys plus a basement. The house is three windows wide. A doorway on the left-hand side features a rectangular fanlight above a six-panel door. The windows are revealed sash windows without glazing bars, each placed beneath a flat, gauged arch. The windows on the second floor have moulded jambs. A parapet with coping runs along the top of the building. Cast iron balconettes are present on the first floor windows, and cast iron area railings are at street level.
