Terrace house. Late C18. Yellow stock brick above channelled stucco ground floor, slate roof. 3 storeys and dormered mansard. 2 windows wide. Doorway to right with cornice on heavy console brackets. Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars, under flat gauged arches. Stone cornice above 2nd floor run over from adjoining No 16A Curzon Street q.v. Parapet with coping. Included for group interest as part of block with No 16A Curzon Street flanking entrance to Chesterfield Street.
