Description

No. 18 Newport Court is a terrace house with a shop, rebuilt in 1778. The building is finished in stucco and has a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall and is two windows wide. The ground floor features a later 20th-century shop front, while the upper floors have recessed square-headed sash windows with intact glazing bars on the first and second floors. The building has a parapet with coping. It was originally part of Nicholas Barbon's 1682 development of the Newport House site.
