Description
No 94 on Fairfield Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of stock brick, featuring a stucco plinth and a string course at the first-floor level. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The building has a recessed section facing Douro Street, which includes a coped parapet. It stands two storeys tall and has two windows. The windows are sashes, and the ground floor includes a round arch with a keystone, with most of the glazing bars still intact. The doorway is located beneath a flat hood that is supported by fluted pilasters. There is additional wrought ironwork that forms a front arch. The entrance features a panelled door with a plain fanlight, topped by a moulded cornice on plain brackets.
