Description

This is an early 19th-century building of three storeys and a basement, located on Addington Street. It is primarily constructed of stock brick, with the ground floor finished in stucco. The building originally had two windows, but these have been altered. The ground floor features a curved three-light bay window and a round-headed doorcase with a fanlight above. A set of steps leads up to the street, bordered by a cast iron balustrade with spear railings and urn finials. This building is part of a group with numbers 1 to 13 (odd) on Addington Street and number 13 St John's Road.
