Description

No 13 on St John's Road is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high with a basement. The exterior is cement-rendered, featuring coping and end quoins. The building has two altered sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a simple round-headed doorcase and a late 19th-century shopfront. Additionally, cast iron spear railings are present. No 13 is part of a group with the odd-numbered buildings from Nos 1 to 13 on Addington Street.
