Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Addington Street. It is a four-storey structure built of stock brick with a stone coping. The front features one sash window and a three-light canted bay window on the first floor. A round-headed doorcase from the early 19th century is located on the left side of the ground floor. Number 13, along with numbers 1 to 13 (odd) and number 13 St John's Road, forms a group.
