Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the north side of Duke Street. It is three storeys high and constructed of stock brick, topped with a stone coping. The front facade features three original sash windows with intact glazing bars, and one blank window opening. Three simple doorcases, characteristic of the mid-19th century, are present, each with pilasters. Numbers 2 to 10 (the even numbers) on Duke Street form an architectural group.
