It features wide eaves and a modillion cornice. The library includes a basement and dormers, with three windows on the first floor flanked by Ionic columns. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and there are round windows below them. The dormers are adorned with triangular and round arched pediments. A clock is situated on the building, surrounded by wrought iron work. The side wall extends to the gable, also featuring a modillion cornice, and there is a banded chimney. The front has a plain doorway recess, while a heavily carved door is located at the side.
