Description

3 to 7 Flamborough Street are a group of late 18th and early 19th century terraced houses. Number 3 has a rebuilt facade. The houses are constructed of stock brick, with a coped parapet to the roof. Numbers 4, 5, and 6 have a stucco cornice and blocking course with a band below, and a further stucco band at the sill height of the first-floor windows. The properties have a basement and two storeys, featuring two sash windows each with glazing bars. The central doorways incorporate fluted pilasters, and three doorways are accentuated by fanlights. Numbers 3 to 8 (consec), along with 17 to 31 (odd) Barnes Street and 1 to 16 (consec) York Square, form a group surrounding York Square.
