Devonshire Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Flamborough Walk. The cottage is rendered and features Ionic pilasters at the sides that extend the full height of the building. It has wide eaves soffits and stands two storeys tall. The façade includes three sash windows with glazing bars, each set in moulded architraves, and there are ledged panels below the first-floor windows. The central door is framed by pilasters, an architrave, and panelled reveals. Devonshire Cottage is part of a group of listed buildings in Flamborough Walk.
