Description

Durham Villa is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Flamborough Walk. The villa is rendered and features quoins, a band at the first-floor sill height, and a wide eaves soffit. It stands two storeys tall and has three sash windows with glazing bars. The first-floor windows have moulded architraves and bracketed sills, while the ground floor windows also feature architraves and a bracketed dentil cornice. A central portico with heavy pilasters and steps enhances the entrance. All the listed buildings in Flamborough Walk are part of a group.
