Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of six cottages, numbers 9 to 15, located on the east side of Flamborough Street in London. The buildings are constructed of stock brick and have a coped parapet, with the roof hidden from view. They are two storeys high with a basement, and each cottage originally had two windows. The upper-floor windows have stucco lintels, while the ground-floor windows of numbers 9, 10, and 15 are similarly styled. The cottages at numbers 11, 12, and 13 feature round-headed recessed doorways with fluted pilasters and fanlights. The remaining cottages have later doors with flat stucco lintels. The terrace is included on the heritage list for its group value, and it is linked with the adjoining buildings at numbers 16 to 21.
