Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of stock brick cottages, originally numbering 1 to 15 on the west side of Barnes Street. The facades of numbers 1 and 3 have been rebuilt. The buildings have coped parapets and a stucco band at the first-floor sill height. All the windows are sash windows with painted reveals and glazing bars. The doorways are round-headed, each with a fanlight above the door. The roofs are not visible. Numbers 1 to 15 form a group with numbers 2 to 10 on the opposite (even) side of Barnes Street.
