Description
The lodge and entrance gate to Belair, dating to the early 19th century, is constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It is a single-story, three-bay building featuring open pediments over the end bays, supported by angle pilasters. A round-headed sash window is located in the recessed central bay, framed by a stucco architrave and a keystone. The sash windows in the outer, pedimented bays also have stucco architraves and cornices. To the right is a stuccoed gate, which is attached to gate piers featuring a console bracketed cornice. The interior of the lodge has not been inspected.
