Description
Elm Lawn is a house from the mid-18th century located on the north side of Dulwich Common. It is constructed of red brick with a stuccoed front and features a slate roof with three dormers set behind a balustraded parapet. The building has two storeys, an attic, and a basement, and is arranged in five bays, with a later single-storey, three-bay extension to the left. The central entrance is framed by a timber doorcase supported by Doric columns, topped with a triglyph frieze and a mutule pediment. The windows are segmental-headed sash windows with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The interior has not been inspected.
