Description
This is a terrace of three houses located at 7, 9, and 11 Highshore Road, dating to approximately 1836. The houses are constructed of multicoloured stock brick, with number 11 being stuccoed. They have low-pitched, hipped slate roofs with deep eaves soffits.
Each house is two storeys high and three bays wide. They feature six-panel doors in plain reveals, topped with cornice heads and plain fanlights; a porch is present at number 11. All windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set in plain reveals and beneath gauged-brick arches. The ground-floor windows have round heads with radial bars to the heads, while the first-floor windows have flat heads. The interiors were not inspected during the listing process.
Numbers 7, 9, and 11, along with the nearby Post Office Depot, form a visually cohesive group.
