The building has a hipped and slated roof that is set back from the road. Constructed of stock brick, it is double fronted with an additional bay to the north. The ground floor has segmental headed sash windows set in recessed semicircular stucco arched surrounds, which are tied together at the window head level by a profiled stucco string. The first floor also features segmental headed sash windows that are positioned below the closed overhanging roof eaves. The main entrance is highlighted by an entablature supported by Doric columns. The interior has not been seen.
