Description
Mill House is a house dating from around 1836 and is one of a pair with Heath Hill House on Goffers Road. The building is finished in stucco and has a two-storey, three-bay front that faces Heath. It features a fairly low pitched, hipped slated roof with wide eaves soffits. The long first-floor casement windows have plain reveals and open onto a balustraded balcony above the ground floor bow, which also has three long casement windows. The bow is adorned with pilasters and a simplified entablature. There is a long five-bay return to the northeast, with a rear wing that is set at right angles. The long casement windows include some with glazing bars. The entrance features a panelled double door set in a prostyle porch with square columns and balustraded sides.
