Description
Nos 10 and 11 Heathfield Terrace are a pair of early 19th century houses. They are constructed of brown brick with a stucco basement and rise three storeys plus a basement. Each house features two double-hung sash windows. On the ground floor, there are round-headed windows and doorways, with windows framed in moulded architraves and doors adorned with Roman Doric pilasters, archivolts, and fanlights. The first floor has balconies supported by brackets, featuring 'gothic' cast iron railings, while the windows are decorated with consoles and pediments. The top storey windows also have moulded architraves and flat arches. The buildings have a parapet and a Welsh slate roof, with steps and railings leading to the doors and basement. Nos 10 to 13 form a cohesive group.
