Description

Nos 12 and 13 Heathfield Terrace are a pair of brown brick houses dating from the early 18th century. They are three storeys high with a basement and have a stone-capped parapet. Each house has four windows, featuring brick voussoirs and double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Later additions include canted bays on the ground floor, each with a pentice slate roof. The doorways are round-headed and stuccoed, similar to those of Nos 10 and 11, with a prominent keystone and six-panel doors. Railings lead to steps up to the doorways. Nos 10 to 13 together form a notable architectural group.
