Description

DARTMOUTH ROW SE10 1. 4424 (West Side) No 28 TQ 1876 9/L27 30.8.54. II GV 2. No 28: Early-mid C18 house of 2 storeysand attic. L-shaped. 2 windows in left projecting section with 2-window inner return. 1 window in set-back part. Attic casement window under hipped gable at left. Parapet fronts. Gauged yellow brick arches to replaced sash windows with glazing bars in flush, moulded frames. Inner angle, rendered on ground floor, has 2 original sash windows and one small round window above altered door with plain rectangular fanlight under bracketed flat hood. Weatherboarded rear elevation with early mid C19 casements.
