Description

The front railings, forecourt wall, and gate to Kennington Palace Court date from 1925. The structure features a stone-coped stock brick wall with tall gate piers at both ends and in the center. It is adorned with tall wrought iron railings that have gilt urn finials at intervals. The central wrought iron gate includes an overthrow that bears the Prince of Wales' feathers. The gate piers are topped with pineapple finials, and there are matching but lower front railings on the side wings.
