Description

The gates, gatepiers, and railings at Prince of Wales Gate date from the early 19th century. They feature six gatepiers made of Portland stone, with the central gatepiers being larger and rusticated. Each gatepier is topped with a polygonal lantern. Between the gatepiers, there are cast iron spearhead gates and railings.
