Description
West Lodge to Prince of Wales Gate is an early 19th-century lodge located in Hyde Park, City of Westminster. It features a stone slate roof and is a single-storey building. The lodge has a Doric portico with three bays, topped with a pediment that displays the Prince of Wales feathers motif. The entrance is flanked by windows, and the return side has three bays with corniced casement windows. This lodge is one of a pair, with the East Lodge being its counterpart.
