Description

East Lodge to Prince of Wales Gate is a lodge built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone and features a slate roof. The building is single storey and has a Doric portico with three bays, topped with a pediment that displays the Prince of Wales feathers motif. The entrance is flanked by windows, and the return side has three bays with corniced casement windows. This lodge is one of a pair, with the West Lodge being its counterpart.
