Description
Nos 86 and 88 on Courtenay Street, built in 1913-14 by Adshead and Ramsey, are two-storey buildings featuring two windows each. They are constructed from stock brick and include a first-floor cill band, cornice, and a ramped parapet. The buildings have sash windows with glazing bars and an inner tripartite design. Each has a first-floor balcony with a swept lead hood. The entrance features six-panel doors flanked by narrow pilasters and a cornice, along with a patterned oblong fanlight above. There is a Y-tracery window above the doors, and low wrought iron front railings complete the façade.
