Description
No 2B on Tintern Street, built as an extension of the 1870s Jennings' scheme in Ferndale Road, is a two-storey building featuring three windows. It is constructed of stock brick with terra-cotta dressings and has a fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with a moulded eaves cornice. The first-floor window is round-arched and has a rusticated architrave supported by pilasters that feature guilloche moulded panels and capitals. The ground floor includes a contemporary shop front.
