Description

No. 52 Acre Lane is a tall villa from the second quarter of the 19th century. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring three windows. The building is constructed of painted brick with a stuccoed front that has incised lines. It has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with an eaves soffit. The windows are sash style with vertical bars. There are eight rebuilt steps leading up to a half-glazed door that is framed by an entablature surround. This property is included for its group value.
