  1. Early C19 4-bay villa of 2 storeys and basement. Stucco with eaves cornice to fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with soffit. Sash windows with vertical bars, those on first floor in moulded architraves, those on ground floor in round-arched recesses with outer architraves and impost string. Ten steps, with cast iron railing, to half glazed door with free-standing fluted columns supporting cornice head; fanlight over.
