Description
24 and 26 Loughborough Park are mid to late 19th century detached villas, each standing two storeys high with an attic and basement. They have three windows and feature rather narrow proportions. The roofs are fairly high pitched and covered with fishscale slates, topped with tall gabled dormers that have bargeboards. The first-floor sash windows, which include glazing bars, are framed by moulded architraves. On the ground floor, there are narrow stuccoed canted bays with cornices and casement windows. The entrances have four-panel doors set within moulded architraves that are surrounded by modified entablatures. These buildings are included for their group value.
