Description

No. 28 Loughborough Park is an early to mid-19th century villa that stands two storeys tall with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a low-pitched slated roof. It has sash windows with glazing bars set within moulded architraves, and the ground floor windows are adorned with console bracketed cornices. The entrance boasts a four-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight, all framed within a modified entablature surround that includes a dentil cornice.
