Description
These are three early to mid-19th century houses, numbered 35 to 45, located on Loughborough Park. Each house is two storeys high with a basement and has two windows. The construction is of stock brick, with a recessed central axis, and a stuccoed basement. The roofs are low-pitched and slate-covered, with eaves soffits, and include a central chimney wall. The windows are sash windows with replaced glazing, set within arches formed with gauged flat brick. A set of six steps with low side walls lead to a four-panel door, which is set within a stucco entablature surround and features a rectangular fanlight. The buildings are included in the listing for their group value.
