Description

This is a group of mid-19th century villas, numbered 63 to 73 on Loughborough Park. The villas are arranged in pairs, each two storeys high with a basement, and originally each featured three windows. They have slated roofs with end chimneys, and bracketed eaves soffits; number 65 has dormers. The walls are of stock brick with brick quoins. The first floor has sash windows with gauged near-flat brick arches and margin lights. The ground floor has casements with classical detailing and cast iron ornamental wards. A set of seven steps leads to a half-glazed four-panel door, situated within a prostyle porch featuring square columns and a modillion cornice.
