Description

The tomb of Baron de Reuter, located in West Norwood Memorial Park, is a Grade II listed pedestal tomb with an urn, dating from around 1899, with the designer unknown. It is made of granite and features a stepped rectangular base. The pedimented pedestal has carved flowers and foliage surrounding a round-arched inscription panel, and it is topped with an urn adorned with a floral swag. Baron Paul de Reuter was the German-born founder of the renowned press agency established in 1851.
