Description
The forecourt wall, piers, and railings to West Norwood Congregational Church are located on Chapel Road. This structure features a low stone wall topped with tall, plain spearhead wrought iron railings. At either end of the wall, there are a pair of stuccoed piers, although the gates are missing.
