Description

This is an early 19th century house of three storeys and a basement, situated on the south side of Stamford Street. It features three windows. The exterior is constructed of stock brick and topped with a parapet. Windows have gauged brick arches. The ground and second floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with the ground floor windows being round-headed. First floor windows are long casements recessed within round arches and open onto a full-width cast iron balcony. The front door consists of ten shaped panels, flanked by fluted pilasters, a cornice head, and a plain fanlight. Wrought iron area railings are spade-headed.
