Description
124, 126, and 128 Kennington Road are 18th-century buildings that stand three storeys high with a basement. The façade features three windows for No 124, three for No 126, and two for No 128. No 124 has a slated mansard roof with dormers and is constructed of stock brick, topped with a stone-coped parapet. The sash windows are adorned with gauged flat brick arches. Notably, No 124 has a projecting canted first-floor oriel that is stuccoed, featuring a modillion cornice and a hipped slated roof, with three sash windows framed in moulded architraves. The entrance has a six-panel door with glazing above, a narrow oblong fanlight, and a cornice hood supported by carved brackets. No 126 has an open pedimented hood, while No 128 features a plain fanlight beneath a round gauged brick arch.
