Description
This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of cottages, numbers 43 to 61, on Roupell Street. The terrace consists of two-storey, two-window cottages built of stock brick with a gable-shaped parapet edged with stone. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set within gauged flat brick arches. Each cottage has a six-panel door set within a round gauged brick arch, topped with a cornice and a plain fanlight. Inside, original features include staircases, dado rails, and round arches supported by moulded consoles over the hallways.
