Description

Nos. 12 and 13 Addison Road are an early 19th-century building of three storeys, constructed with stucco. The facade features a regular arrangement of 1.4.1 sash windows. Horizontal bands delineate the storeys, and a decorative frieze and cornice run along the top. A cast-iron balcony trellis verandah shelters the ground floor, and it is covered by a tented lead roof.
