Description

Nos 16 and 17 on Addison Road are early 19th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall with a basement. They are finished in stucco and feature one-over-four sash windows. The buildings have decorative bands and the ground floor includes French casements that open onto an iron balcony. Number 16 has a trellis verandah without a roof. There are round-headed doors on both the right and left sides, with steps leading up to them. The buildings also have a frieze and cornice.
